OR BO-BO - rene says that's become one of his nicknames, bo is a diminutive that's put on the end of names, so bobo has become another name for cal - rene says japanese think it's strange because it actually means 'stone'.
i found some old pics of a very new cal on a memory stick i must've taken to japan with me, i've never seen them before so i'm putting a couple on here.
