OFF TO WANGUMMA TODAY

I'M OFF (like a bride's nightie) to donnie's wonderful place on the billabong today.
last time she was there it was teeming with black swans, cormorants and pelicans and
i'm hoping they're still there. i'm collecting photos of swans in particular so fingers
crossed the billabong is alive with birdlife.  it's still pretty hot up here, 30+ so we're
going early.

I'm feeling so much more settled and really good about being here since the china trip.
the past few days i've been getting all my own artwork framed (drawings, prints, paintings bought and swapped with friends or that i've bought, plus some of mine) and sorting them out to hang.  the guest bedroom is now looking complete.   now for the rest of the house . . .
