PAVLOVA VOLCANO

I MADE THE DESSERT/BIRTHDAY CAKE for chris's 60th, based on the amazing new year's eve dessert julie made 

take three pavs (made by chris's friend) - best i've ever seen



you need:
a box of mixed frozen berries
and a large punnet of
strawberries soaked in
cointreau or grand marnier,
blueberries, raspberries, 
2 tubs double cream and 2
litres vanilla ice cream.


puree half the box of
frozen berries and add
some sugar syrup to 
make a coulis 

break the pavs into large pieces and start stacking - add large scoops of double cream and ice cream, then berries and coulis.  keep on stacking 








gone in 60 seconds
