AFTER A LONG DRIVE back from Halls Gap after a wonderful weekend, i stayed with denise who cooked a delicious roast of beef and veges and gravy :0) a la doris. it just reminded me so much of mum's roast and after a long day it was heaven thank you neece
Today i drove up to Melbourne to Degas - fabulous. I was impressed by the huge number of really famous works, but it was so good to see small monoprints i've never seen before and other beautiful drawings and paintings that aren't so well known. I had a break halfway for lunch then went back, a good idea.
