YES I'M DROWNING IN PASSWORDS and information about the net - i've got a new modem, hooked it up no problem and the laptop's fine but my phone won't recognise it. i'll get help from iinet tomorrow but honestly, the amount of headspace this whole situation in taking up is crazy.
