WEIRD CRAFT

I COULD HEAR a slow chugging outside the window early saturday morning - very slow.  i finally got out of bed thinking it would be an old houseboat and this strange craft was passing by.  i put these pics on facebook and someone tells me it's harry, a brilliant engineer who's probably making something out of the strange structure up front
