BOY when these redgums lose their bark they don't do it by halves, i think i emptied about ten garden trolley loads of leaves and bark down the riverbank yesterday. it was a beautiful morning, cool and breezy when i started, pretty warm and sweaty by the time i finished. very satisfying though seeing all those pleasing rake marks around the circular drive :0)

ros - what a classic face

the rest of the day i tidied and shopped and prepared food and last night martin, ros, sonja and helen all came for dinner. I set us up on the riverbank and the evening was perfect, warm and slightly breezy with a gorgeous sunset that just went on and on. some music, lots of food and a fine time

i like this one
