I'M IN HIGH SPIRITS today for some reason, it's been a lovely day, sunny and fine, although it rained just as i headed off for my walk, just a shower to dampen down my dusty graded driveway so i didn't mind. i just walked a bit later. the pest man came to look at the termite damaged bit of wood that fell off the verandah and said it's very old and there are none here now, but they'll do a full inspection anyway. Phew!
Dear friend from school days Aileen and her friend Sue came for dinner, it was lovely to have time to really sit and catch up on each other's news and lives. And Aileen played a bit of Fur Elise on my $10 keyboard, its christening :0)
