SPRING ALREADY

Obviously
this blog is not on my radar much any more, but i'll do a quick catch up to keep it alive, i've been knitting furiously for some reason - well it's been winter, pretty cold and grey. I've watched too many seasons of too many shows, but i've been back in the studio too, doing two paintings - one finished, one waiting an attack and loosening up.  also got Romeo and Juliet back on track and submitted a completed dummy to erica last week, we're due to talk tomorrow

still swimming and walking most mornings. I'm pleased to say the garden's taking off, i planted three bare trees last year and was convinced none were going to shoot, but they've all budded in the last week and the garden's bursting out in colour.  very satisfying.

It's good that sunny, luke and etta can come down often, etta loves the garden, the fishpond and the play area i've created for her.

I've been working on the house, the front fence is now rosy red/pink with a rainbow and a swing.  today i'm painting the back fence rich Moroccan blue which is wonderfully named BLAST BLUE!!  \and i have a tin of deep petrol coloured paint for my long lounge room wall, where my prints hang.  new mirrors too, gradually knocking everything into shape, feels more like my place all the time.

 finished!
:0)
